- Cantaloupe Dressing (Optional)
- Honey Dew Melon 1 cup non fat mayonnaise
- Bananas 1 cup no-fat peach yogurt
- Apples ½ tsp. orange extract
- Kiwi ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can pineapple tidbits with juice
- Cut melons in half, scoop out seeds and cut into thirds. Hold melon skin while pressing fruit against Saladmaster Food Processor #3 cone. Process apples and kiwi (#3 cone) by rotating fruit away from you leaving you with the core. Process bananas (#5 cone). Mix all together with the pineapple tidbits and the juice. Next mix together all the dressing ingredients and toss together with the salad. TOTALLY AWESOME!!
