Ingredients
  1. 2 cups mayonnaise
  2. 1/2 cup red wine
  3. 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup Agave nectar
  4. 3/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 2 lbs broccoli
  7. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1 cup dried cranberries
  9. 1 cup dried apricots
  10. 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  11. 1 cup chopped red onion
  12. 1 can mandarin oranges
  13. 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (optional)
Instructions
  1. Chop broccoli (#2 cone). Shred cheese (# 1 cone). Chop red onion (#2 cone). Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 24 hours for the flavors to blend.
