Ingredients
  1. 1/2 lb bacon
  2. maple syrup
  3. 30-40 Brussel sprouts
Instructions
  1. Cut bacon into inch size pieces. Preheat large skillet on medium and brown placing lid on pan but mixing occasionally. Slice sprouts in half. Place on top of cooked bacon, cover and wait for valve to click. Open lid, pour a light layer of maple syrup over sprouts, cover, wait for valve to click again and turn to low for 10 minutes.
