Instructions
  1. Place white fish in cold pan. Slice bell pepper, tomatoes and lemon on fish. Season (dill) and cover. Place on medium heat for about to minutes and serve or turn to low until ready to eat.
  2. For Salmon steaks, preheat pan on medium (or Electric skillet at 350) until water beads. Place steaks in pan, season and sear cracking the lid, after a few minutes, using thin metal spatula, carefully flip steak, season and sear again for a couple minutes. Add greek yogurt or favorite sauce, place lid on pan and turn to low until you are ready to serve.
