Ingredients
  1. 2 cups rice of choice
  2. 3 1/2 cups water or broth of choice
  3. Frozen (or fresh) veggies of choice
  4. Spice of choice - optional
Instructions
  1. Place the rice and water in the Electric skillet. Place a layer of any amount of vegetables over the rice (fresh or frozen). Click TEMP on your probe and click the down arrow once. Should read RIC1. Walk away. Eat anytime after the probe reads 150. If you do not have the digital rice setting, use med-click-low for 20 minutes or place probe on 300-click-180 deg for 20 minutes or longer.
