  2. Apple - optional
Instructions
  1. Use pancake mix and follow recipe on box. (Oil may be eliminated if desired). Add apple (#2 cone) for added flavor. (Preheat griddle on medium heat for about 5 minutes until water beads up when dropped on hot griddle), Pancakes turn out best if you do not use butter or oil. Once the first pancake batter has been poured, turn down heat a bit for the rest. Use a thin metal spatula to slide under pancake to flip. To clean, use stainless steel scrubby and saladmaster cleaner.
