Ingredients
  1. 12 breakfast sausages
  2. 1/2 bell pepper (#2 cone)
  3. 1 large onion (#2 cone)
  4. 5 mushrooms (#4 cone)
  5. 1 potato (#2 cone) or bag of frozen hash browns
  6. seasoning salt
  7. 6 eggs
  8. cheddar cheese (#1 cone)
Instructions
  1. Cut each sausage into 1 inch pieces. Place on the bottom of any electric Saladmaster pan. Process onion using #2 cone and place a layer over sausages. Process potato using #2 cone and place a layer on top of the potato and season lightly (or pour a layer of frozen hash browns into pan). Thoroughly whisk eggs in a bowl and pour over the potato. Top with pepper using #2 cone, 5 mushrooms using #4 cone and cover with a layer of cheese. Plug in skillet and set to 180F. GO TO BED. When you wake up... breakfast will be hot and ready!
