Ingredients
  1. 1.5 pounds of boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 large onion (#2 cone)
  4. 1 tsp Garm masala
  5. 1 tsp garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  8. 1 tsp whole cumin
  9. 1 tsp Tumeric
  10. 2 cups basmati rice
Instructions
  1. Preheat MP5 at 450F (or any roaster on medium). When water beads on bottom, brown chicken and cut onion. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, tumeric, salt, garm masala, cinnamon and cumin. Mix together. Add rice and water and set MP5 to RIC1 by pressing TEMP and arrow down once. Go find something fun to do as the pan will turn itself down. (For a roaster or with an older probe, leave on medium until valve clicks and then turn to low).
