  1. Use 1 quart saucepan, put a folded paper towel in bottom, soak towel under tap until completely wet. Place eggs on paper towel and place lid on pan. Place on Medium. When the valve clicks, turn down to low. Once on low, set timer to 8 minutes for a soft egg and 10 plus minutes for a hard egg.
