Ingredients
  1. 2 large cans Spaghetti sauce
  2. 20 mushrooms (#4 cone)
  3. 1 large zucchini (#3cone)
  4. Cottage cheese
  5. 1 large onion(#2 cone)
  6. 1 egg
  7. 2 cups fresh spinach or 1 package frozen (thawed)
  8. 1 green pepper (cut into slices)
  9. Noodles of choice
  10. Italian seasoning
  11. Mozzarella cheese (or mix with cheddar half-half)
Instructions
  1. Into a bowl, grate zucchini, onion, spaghetti sauce. Place a few large spoons of mixture directly into cold electric skillet covering a light layer on bottom. Please a double crisscross layer of noodles over sauce. Cover with cottage mixed with 1 egg (or ricotta cheese). Cover with spinach. Add 1 more single layer of noodles and rest of sauce. Grate cheese on top. Then add mushroom slices and decorate with sliced strips of pepper. Place lid on skillet and set probe to 300. When valve set to 180 for 30 minutes minimum. If it clicks again turn lower until clicking ceases!!!! (If using stove top... use medium-click-low for 30 minutes minimum).

  1. Delicious Vegetarian Lasagne can be made in 30 minutes with your Electric Skillet or on your stove up, Medium-click low.
