Crust (for 2 pizzas)
  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1 tbs butter
  3. 1 tbs sugar
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 2 2/3 cups white flour
  6. 1¼ tsp yeast
  7. 1 tsp oregano or basil
Topping options
  1. ½ small can pizza sauce
  2. onion (#4 cone)
  3. Italian spice
  4. green peppers (#2 cone)
  5. pepperoni
  6. mushroom slices (#4 cone)
  7. mozza cheese (at least 1 cup, shredded on #1 cone per pizza)
To make crust
  1. Put all ingredients into bread machine in order listed. Put on bread dough setting.
  2. If not using bread machine, then combine yeast and warm water and butter in a small bowl. Stir to blend and set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt and oregano in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add yeast mixture and blend. Lightly oil hands with a few drops of vegetable oil and knead mixture on clean surface into ball, cover and set aside for 1 hour. Preheat skillet to 300 degrees.
To make pizza
  1. Take dough and roll with rolling pin. Put into the electric skillet and put to edges to form a pizza crust. Spread pizza sauce over the dough. Sprinkle with Italian Spice (to taste), spread over with slices of pepperoni, mushroom, onion slices, green peppers, (or any topping of choice) and top with mozza cheese. Cover skillet and cook at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Don't forget to come up with some of your own toppings!
