Ingredients
  1. 1 large bushel or bag of fresh spinach
  2. 1 medium onion cut on # 2 cone
  3. 1 fillet fresh salmon
  4. 1 container cherry tomatoes
  5. 1 jar Classico Basil Pesto
Instructions
  1. Place fresh spinach in 11” large skillet. Spread cut onion over spinach. Lay Salmon fillet on onions and spinach. Spread pesto on top of salmon fillet. Spread cherry tomatoes over entire dish. Place on MEDIUM-CLICK-LOW. Should be on LOW for about 12-15 minutes. Server from 11” lg. skillet and enjoy!
