Ingredients
  1. 1.5 pounds of boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  2. 1.5 tsp Salt
  3. 500 ml whipping cream
  4. 1.5 tsp Red chilli pepper
  5. 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  6. 1.5 tsp Garm masala
  7. 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  8. 1 tbsp Kastoori mathi
  9. 2 tbsp Garlic
  10. 1.5 tsp Tandoori masala
  11. 1 tbsp Onion
Instructions
  1. 1) Put chicken, garlic, ginger, onion, and salt into the pan. (cook for about 10-15 minutes) and then add garm masala, tandoori masala and chillies.
  2. 2) In another pan warm the whipping cream until it boils and then add the tomato paste. Stir the two together and add to the chicken pan. (Cook for about 7-8 minutes)
  3. 3) Serve in a dish with kastoori mathi sprinkled on top.
Notes
  1. This is a low fat adaptation of an original recipe from Chef Aleks Kornat who is head instructor at a Vancouver culinary academy.
