Ingredients
  1. ham
  2. 1/3 cup brown sugar
  3. 2 tbsp real maple syrup
  4. cloves
  5. 1 cup whole grain Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Select a piece of cookware that will be most completely filled by ham. Score top of ham and place a clove in the center of each cross. Place ham in roaster. In a bowl, whisk together mustard and maple syrup, then pour over ham. Cover ham, turn to medium until valve clicks steadily, then turn to low. Cook on low for 15 minutes for each lb of meat. If crispy top is desired, transfer to broiler for a few minutes. Allow ham to rest before carving. Serve with leftover marinade on the side.
