Ingredients
  1. 2-3 fillets of fish
  2. 1 lemon
  3. paprika to taste
Instructions
  1. Place fish in a cold 11" skillet. Season with paprika. Slice 1 lemon and place slices over fish and cover. Turn pan on, medium-click-low (M-C-L). On low for about 25 minutes.
