Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 1/2 cups flour
  4. 3/4 tsp baking soda
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  8. 1/2 tsp salt
  9. 1 cup shredded carrot
  10. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  11. 1 cup crushed pineapple
  12. 1/2 cup raisins
  13. 1 apple
Instructions
  1. 1. Shred carrots on #1 cone.
  2. 2. Chop walnuts on #1 cone.
  3. 3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. 4. Layer sliced apple (#4 cone) on bottom of small skillet.
  5. 5. Medium-Click-Low. Cook on low until done.
Baking tips
  1. Cook a little below medium to avoid heating it up too fast.
  2. Spin the lid a few times while waiting for the click.
